1. Specialized Flat Rack Container Packaging (专业框架箱打包流程)
Shipping oversized heavy machinery requires robust safety measures. For this project destined for Tanzania, our logistics team implemented tailored protection protocols:
Deep Cleaning & Inspection: The excavator underwent thorough pressure washing and technical inspection to ensure zero fluid leaks before loading.
Anti-Rust & Moisture Shielding: Critical exposed metallic parts—including cylinder rods, hydraulic pipes, and bucket pins—were coated with heavy-duty anti-rust oil and wrapped with multi-layer waterproof film to prevent corrosion from salty ocean air.
Component Demounting: To meet transport height limit requirements, the bucket and arm were safely demounted and secured alongside the main chassis on the flat rack base.
2. Heavy-Duty Lashing & Safety Reinforcement (重型加固与防滑固定)
Safety during ocean transit is our top priority. The equipment was secured using marine-grade reinforcement standards:
Multi-Point Steel Cable Fastening: High-tensile steel wire ropes and heavy-duty turnbuckles were attached from multiple chassis anchoring points to the container's reinforced d-rings.
Custom Hardwood Blocking: Tailored hardwood chocks were bolted in front of and behind the tracks to eliminate any potential sliding.
Weight Distribution Control: The center of gravity was precisely aligned with the Flat Rack frame to maintain structural balance during ship loading and transit.
