DYNAPAC Roller is the legendary Swedish-engineered compaction line — covering 5-ton compact to 26-ton heavy single-drum (CA-series) and tandem asphalt (CC-series). World-renowned for SEISMIC™ automatic frequency optimization, rugged durability, and precision compaction control — trusted on highways, dams, airports, and large earthworks globally.

Single-Drum Soil Compactors (CA-series): 5–26 ton class, powered by Deutz / Cummins diesel engines — 45–140 kW, meeting Stage V / Tier 4 Final / China Stage III emissions. Hydrostatic all-wheel drive, vertical oscillation ±9°–10°, articulated steering ±38°. SEISMIC™ system automatically adjusts vibration frequency every 0.2 seconds — matching ground stiffness, reducing fuel consumption ~8%, and cutting required passes. Dual amplitude: High for deep compaction, Low for finishing — centrifugal force up to 250–300 kN. Drum width 1,676 mm (CA150) → 2,130 mm (CA2500D / CA50D / DRS260). Smooth Drum for granular soils; interchangeable Padfoot/Sheepfoot shell kit for clay and cohesive soils.

Tandem Asphalt Rollers (CC-series): 1.5–10 ton, dual steel drums, high-frequency vibration — ideal for asphalt paving, highway overlay, and finishing. Available in Combi version (steel drum + rubber tires) for superior surface sealing.

Operator station: 60° rotating suspension seat, vibration-dampened platform, ROPS/FOPS cab with HVAC, panoramic visibility. CompBase & Dyn@Lyzer compaction analysis software — real-time density monitoring, pass counting, data reporting. Easy-access service points, long 500-hour intervals, robust hydraulic drive — lowest total operating cost in class.
